Can I really manage with just a computer? Yes, as long as you have high-speed internet.

Do I need to purchase any special software? No. All your needs will be managed through our site and by email.

When do I get paid? You will be paid via direct deposit to your bank 10 days after receipt of payment from your customer. Receipt details will be sent to you by email.

What else do I need to do besides take orders? You also need to send us logo-artwork and we will customize, collect payments, and direct ship to your customer.

Should I have my own web site? You can choose to have your own web site for a small extra monthly fee. But we recommend that you consider it after realizing your needs and sales potential after usually about 6 months. Wouldn't a website eliminate the fuss of paperwork and catalogs?

Can I sell using Promotional Product catalogs? You may select from many different industry catalogs that can be custom imprinted with your name for an extra fee. General knowledge of websites using a laptop perhaps to make presentations should be more than adequate.

Can I use my membership for items and customizing services not on the website? Sure. But we do encourage you to select our recommend factories in order to take advantage of the special prices offered to DPC.

What receipts and invoices will our customers see? You may choose them to be DPC or with your own name.

What about finding items that are new or not catalogued? Easy. We will offer to either find it for you or give you the tools to find them.

How will I know that you are processing and following-up on my orders? At first by email and once you achieve a level of multiple simultaneous orders you will gain 24/7 access to DPC online management.

Can DPC help with art services? You bet! We have an excellent graphic department ready to help you accept and digitize whatever art you may send so that it be best printed.

What do I do to cancel should I not be happy? You can cancel for any reason on just 30 days notice. Still we do hope that you will keep your DPC membership for at least 6 months in order to get used-to this exciting industry and being your own boss.

How much experience does DPC have in Promotional Products? The founders started in this industry in 1979 and started the DPC division since 2005.

What happens to my customers should we decide to give up our DPC membership? They remain yours and can go with you. DPC will not solicit them for any new business.

Can I can consider my DPC client base a business that is worth something? Your client list is the basis of a company and therefore has worth. We can help you learn different ways of expanding, converting, or selling your clientele-base or business.

What are the differences between Club membership and a franchise? There are many differences in structure, cost, input and money earned. With these added costs and responsibilities you can gain higher commissions. DPC can help your business restructure to an arrangement most suited for you.

How do you handle sales tax? DPC collects the sales tax from your customers and sends you a separate check for these taxes collected. You would be responsible for completing any forms and remitting payments to the proper tax authority.

How do I become a DPC member? It’s as easy as “1-2-3” Just select a trial membership period on the Sign-up page and fill-in the registration information. Once processed, we will send you by separate email a special DPC membership number for you to begin learning and using DPC sales sites.
